Bemerkung:   Il s'agit d'un texte non identifié titré « Ghost writer Rousseau » commençant par « Madame de Staël, dans "Dix années d'exil", rapporte qu'en 1800 [...] Bonaparte se montrait systématiquement hostile aux "principes de la liberté" ».  Le document pourrait se rapporter à « Rousseau and Revolution », recension d'<i>On Jean-Jacques Rousseau considered as one of the first authors of the Revolution</i> de James Swenson et de <i>La politique de la Terreur : essai sur la violence révolutionnaire, 1789-1794</i> de Patrice Gueniffey, in <i>The New York Review of Books</i>, vol. 49, n° 7, 2002.
