Inhaltsangabe: Subseries 1 (file 48-70) consists of letters / postcards etc. sent to and by Karl Wolfskehl which appear not to be taken from books in Karl Wolfskehl's library. Files 48 to 54 contain letters of various orrespondents on various topics. Files 55 to 60 hold letters that refer specifically to a mid-lent celebration (under the motto "Tausendjähriges Reich") hosted by Karl and Hanna Wolfskehl in Munich in March 1913. The numerous letters of Hillis Menze and Emilie Herrmann, both members of a youth movement heavily influenced by Karl Wolfskehl, Stefan George and his circle, are as well kept separately in files 55-60, 61-62, respectively.Bemerkung: Some correspondents that appear in this series are identical with those in series I, subseries 2 (file 06-25).
