Bemerkung:   "[...] I worked in Physiology at Otago University under your direction in 1945 to 1947 and took the then newly-instituted Stage 3 course for B.Sc. I think it was the interest you aroused in Neurophysiology which played a great part in my choice of a career in Neurology. I have recently returned to New Zealand from the National Hospital, Queen Square but have found the opportunities here disappointing especially with regard to any interest in academic work. I therefore write to ask whether you have knowledge of any openings in Neurology in Australia. [...]"
