Biographical references:

Nach der Promotion 1936 war Gertrud Justi zunächst Lehrerin an diversen Seminaren und bildete Kindergärtnerinnen aus. Ab 1955 und bis zur Pensionierung 1969 leitete sie als Direktorin in Hamburg das Fröbel-Seminar.
