Inhaltsangabe: Files 55-60 contain letters sent by Hillis Menze (signed as "Greifhillgreif") to Karl Wolfskehl (addressed as "Greif"). Several letters seem to be incomplete.The letters of files 58-60 were primarily written from a farm called "Hatzenhof" under Gertrud Osthaus' guidance near Parsberg in Upper Palatinate, where Menze started working in about 1922 after leaving the agricultural settlement Frankenfeld. The letters of file 59 describe / pertain to: Gertrud Osthaus' project in Hagen / "Hohenhof" (artist colony) and arguments with the artist Ernst Fuhrmann (head of the Folkwang-Verlag founded by Ernst Osthaus); interaction of the group in Hatzenhof; agricultural work; agricultural settlement in Rhön mountains (presumably "Schwarzerden"); preparation to go to Italy and join other women from Frankenfeld; intended visit of Karl Wolfskehl
